Facilitation
A number of Local Level associates are skilled facilitators, who can
quickly understand your needs, identify and establish common ground, and
come up with practical outcomes. As with all our work, we stress
inclusion, empowerment and collaboration, working to ensure all voices
are taken into account and demonstrating the strengths people have when
they work collectively.

A key quality in our work is knowing when to keep quiet. We do not practice dominant, dictatorial facilitation; and according to community development principles we work towards a position where groups can facilitate their own further development.
